Participants will take part in an all around skills training in order to increase their volleyball IQ.   Camp offers the opportunity for an active, fun, and educational experience during the summer months.  Below are some of the activities that the campers will be participating in.

Camp runs from 9am to 3pm. (Early drop-off and late pick up available)

• Volleyball Drills in serving, passing, hitting, etc.
• Volleyball Game Play
• Fitness training
• Leadership activities and games
• Group games

Camp is for ages  to 10 to 16 years old.  Participants will be grouped by age and skill level.

Orange County Lady Elite Volleyball club believes in all around volleyball players.  We will not only teach the game of volleyball but will work to raise your volleyball IQ.  You will learn your position but will also have experience and understanding in other positions as well.  The game of volleyball helps to build confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, character, social skills, and mental toughness.
